I led a team that built the world’s first NQR system with eight spectrometers operating in parallel, in eight months. The system integrated a robotic autosampler, advanced RF electronics, and cloud connectivity for simple, high-throughput pharmaceutical analysis.

I automated the NMR Core Facility to increase sample throughput by 50%, and reducing administrative workload from ~3 weeks per month to ~2 hours. I improved operational resilience by implementing 44 SOPs, training users and staff, expanding the external user base 5×, grew revenue by 35%, and was recognized as Safety Leader.

I led an AstraZeneca–University of Warwick project to automate pharmaceuticals analysis using solid-state NMR and computational modelling. The automation reduced calculation and analysis times from weeks to single clicks. Awarded “Outstanding” by the national KTP panel.
